They said that if I had the surgery as is, my thin skin might show through, so they suggested reinforcing the tip skin with autologous dermis (dermis from behind the ear?) and using ear cartilage, and for the bridge they said to use FitMe (custom silicone) with cartilage binding. The consultation was professional and the staff were kind, but when I look at the result photos, I feel like there is some variation, so I am thinking it over.
