7 years ago, I had incisional surgery because I wanted to fix my uneven double eyelids... But they sutured without creating a double-eyelid line, so the double eyelid I already had disappeared and I ended up with monolids... They said that since the line seemed to form naturally, they deliberately didn’t force a line. I never wanted to go back to that hospital, so I had the line created with buried-suture surgery at another hospital, but it ended up uneven again. I wondered if uneven double eyelids just couldn’t be fixed, so I gave up and lived like that for years, but lately I really don’t like my eyes and feel upset, so I’ve decided to get back on the operating table this year. This time, I want to research properly and have surgery I won’t regret.
