The director checked my eye line several times and looked at it carefully, and when I said I wanted ptosis correction or canthoplasty too, I liked that they recommended against doing it. There was no pressure to have surgery either. I also liked that they drew a picture and explained in detail how the surgery would be done. The consultation manager kept speaking to me informally, which was honestly so annoying. They also spoke rudely and talked back to me.
