Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-review

17 Years After My First Surgery With Silicone

There were no silicone-related side effects, but silicone had been inserted all the way to the nasal tip (basically one piece of silicone placed from the nasal bridge to the nasal tip), so the skin was being pulled, and my nose slowly kept turning upward.

It progressed very slowly, so I didn’t realize it, but I noticed when I compared it with photos from 10 years ago.

I’m looking into revision surgery, and I’m debating whether to replace the silicone and adjust the nasal tip or do the entire nose with autologous dermis... Honestly, I don’t know because every hospital director says something different.
