I really had surgery on a whim without thinking at all. I must have been crazy 10 years ago. My double eyelids are still visible, and after the chin augmentation my face became longer and looked older right away. The biggest problem is my nose. I still have a bulbous tip and still wide nostrils, and they performed osteotomy and put in silicone, but it just looked like I was wearing silicone. It was chalk-white, pure and simple. On top of that, the tip of my nose kept sinking lower and lower. I was too lazy to do anything, so I just lived with it, and then about 8 or 9 years later I went back once. The clinic had changed its name and it had originally been Jewelry. They said they would remove the silicone for free. They were kind until the very end, but the result was a total disaster. They said it would sink, but I couldn’t even have it removed, so I just went back and kept living. Then a month and a half ago I had revision surgery in Busan, but the result was even worse. What they said was that in my first surgery they had used the septum, but when they opened me up, there was no septum left; they said it seemed like it had not actually been used, and just said there wasn’t any lol. But it seems to be case by case. An acquaintance’s younger sibling also had a nose surgery with that doctor almost ten years ago, and the nose tip still hasn’t dropped and they’re still living while hearing that their nose is pretty.
