Hump Nose Osteotomy Without an Implant_ About 5 Years After Surgery

I had an incredibly high and thin hump nose bridge. I went to several plastic surgery clinics, and they all said that after osteotomy, I would need to place silicone, even if only a thin layer ㅠㅠ Honestly, I felt really uneasy about putting in an implant... Among them, Apgujeong ㅇㅈ Plastic Surgery said surgery was possible without silicone, so I had it done there. There was one doctor, and from what I remember, the doctor's name seemed to be the clinic name.. About five years ago, I think I paid around 3.5 million? won. My nose is, um... unbelievably uncomfortable. Since the nasal tip is fixed, moving my nose feels really... Rather than it getting better, I just got used to it. I think it may be even more like this if you have surgery that ties the nasal tip. During the osteotomy, they tied the nasal tip or tied something and raised it, something like that. Now the area where the hump was osteotomized has slowly started growing back(?) so it doesn't have the sharpness it had right after surgery, but because of that it looks natural, so I'm satisfied. If anyone wants hump nose osteotomy surgery without silicone, try visiting there.

Oh dear, writing on my phone is hard.. Sorry for the typos
