First of all, when I went in, the hospital was smaller than I expected, and after the manager’s consultation it went in the order of director consultation and then manager consultation. The director was kinder than I expected, clearly pointed out the problems, said this was how the surgery would be done, and showed before-and-after photos. I didn’t get a CT scan, and everyone was kind. There weren’t many people, and there was no pressure to book.
