They say it’s unfriendly. There are many comments like that, but the consultants are kind, and the desk staff are unfriendly. There was a lot of talk about the director, but personally, I was very satisfied because they were delicate and meticulous, kept asking how it was, and did it well according to what I wanted, so the result was good!
