I waited about 30 minutes, and the staff at the front desk were not friendly and were getting annoyed at another staff member about some problem, so my first impression of the hospital was not great. However, the director was very kind and answered everything I asked. I liked that they did not recommend unnecessary surgery and did not pressure me to make a same-day reservation. They seem to do a lot of procedures for foreigners too, and there was a separate foreign staff member.
