I waited about 30 minutes, and the staff member at the information desk was not friendly and was getting irritated at another staff member about some issue, so my first impression of the clinic was not good. However, the director was very kind and answered everything I was curious about. I liked that they did not recommend excessive surgery and did not pressure me to book on the same day. It seemed like they do a lot of surgery for foreigners too. There was a separate foreign-language staff member.
