Before before before / after after after after Around the time summer was ending, I went for a consultation at a clinic, and by then I had already made up my mind to get surgery, so I booked a date and finally had the surgery in November. I heard a lot of exam-takers get surgery too, and I know hospitals are usually crowded at the end of the year, so I think it was good that I went around for consultations in advance. I got it done exactly on the date I wanted~ First of all, I had it done without an implant, and my septal cartilage size was good, so they didn’t really recommend going as far as using rib cartilage. At first, I was only thinking about doing my nose, but the celebrities I showed during the consultation were NewJeans’ Minji and Go Youn-jung. But while getting the consultation, when I thought about it, I felt like just having a similar nose wouldn’t be enough. My forehead is a bit uneven and sunken, so I felt like if I did my nose, it would look even more unbalanced; So I decided to do fat grafting together too, and did my forehead + temples together! The fat grafting was something I decided on suddenly later, but unexpectedly, I’m really satisfied with that choice. It feels like the nose surgery stands out more(?) I think the hump correction also turned out well. From the beginning, I strongly wanted to do it without an implant, and I didn’t want an artificial or flashy-looking nose, so it was done naturally and to suit the mood of my face. If there are no problems, I want to keep this exact shape for a long time. I heard the biggest reason people get revision rhinoplasty is dissatisfaction with the shape, but rather than blindly choosing a nose that just looks pretty, I think the most important thing is getting a nose that suits your own face. I seriously took and looked at so many photos of myself and photos of the nose shape I wanted.. I made such a fuss.. Still, the aesthetic I was aiming for and my original face weren’t hugely far apart, so I think it turned out well and suits me. Of course, the surgery was done well too!! For fat grafting, I’m thinking about maybe adding the under-eye area and front cheeks later too. How do you think that would look..?
