I wanted an extremely natural look, so I told them exactly that. Then they said they would raise the bridge by about 2.5 mm and raise the nasal tip by 4 mm using the septum and ear cartilage. But my nose is small compared to my facial contours ㅜㅜ so I’m worried that if the tip is raised 4 mm, my face might look even wider ㅜㅜㅜ
They also said they would remove the depressor septi nasi muscle, and they said this helps prevent the nasal tip from drooping, but I’m not sure whether I really need it. They said my smile would look unnatural for a while…. I’ve also heard it can make the philtrum look longer. If anyone knows about depressor septi nasi muscle resection, please let me know ㅠㅠㅠㅠ
