They answered every single question very kindly, and maybe because the director is young, the conversation went well. But during the consultation I mentioned “babon,” and although it’s not the official term (babon, biobond), I was a little surprised because they asked as if they didn’t know what babon was. In practice I didn’t have surgery here, but if I did, I did get the feeling they would be very careful. There was no pressure at all to make a reservation.
