First of all, the hospital was clean and luxurious, and although they said the consultation would be thorough, it felt like they genuinely answered every question carefully. I didn't want to use the septum, but they explained why it should be used, and I was convinced, so I put down the reservation deposit and left. They seemed to listen well, so it felt trustworthy? I really hope it turns out naturally, without a low or bent nasal tip...
