They were incredibly kind and answered every single question. And maybe because the director is young, the conversation flows well. But during the consultation I mentioned babon, and even though that's not the official term (babon, bio-bond), I was a bit surprised when they asked what babon was. I didn't actually have surgery here, but if I did, I think they would be extremely careful about it. There was absolutely no pressure to book.
