My nose is a dragon nose, so I had a consultation about covering the nostrils. It was my first surgery, but they recommended costal cartilage instead of septal cartilage. They said AS is available for 3 years, and they said the surgery process could be broadcast live by CCTV, so that made me trust them that much more. Since it was my first surgery, I wanted to go conservatively without using costal cartilage, so in the end I didn’t choose this clinic, but it was still a decent place that made me think about it until the very end.
