It was good. They looked at my CT and talked me through it, and although they said they might have to use rib cartilage, they would try to work with the septum as much as possible to match my needs .. And they also listened to all my worries and concerns, and when I said I wanted a natural result, it felt like they adjusted everything accordingly. I was fine with the manager too. I am still thinking about it because the possibility of needing rib cartilage is bothering me a lot.
