Both the manager and the doctor were kind and explained everything in detail. At large hospitals, the manager usually gives most of the explanation first and then you only discuss things like dosage or incision site with the doctor, but here the doctor explained the whole surgical process, the types and features of implants, recommendations after checking my condition, and the surgical methods in detail and in an easy way. They kept checking whether I had more questions too. More than anything, I felt relieved because the doctor said they would be involved in every process carefully.
