Both the manager and the director were kind and gave detailed consultations. At large hospitals, the manager usually gives a broad explanation first and then you only discuss things like implant volume or incision area with the doctor, but here the director explained the procedure for surgery, the types and characteristics of implants, recommendations after checking my condition, and the surgery method in detail and in an easy-to-understand way. They kept checking whether I had more questions too. More than anything, I felt relieved because the director said they personally take careful charge of every process.
