I had rhinoplasty, but within a month I developed inflammation, so I had everything removed. Because of that, I had a really hard time for almost a year due to contracture... Now it has loosened up a bit, so I’m thinking of getting revision surgery at the clinic where I had my first surgery. At first, they announced that if I got A/S within 1 year there would be no additional cost, but when I went back for a consultation, they said that if I use autologous rib cartilage, they’ll charge an extra 2 million won as a material fee. Is this how it usually is at other places too? If I were doing it because I was being greedy about the shape, I’d understand, but when I think about how I suffered and couldn’t even meet people for 6 months because of the contracture, it feels so unfair...
