I had surgery to add AlloDerm because my nose was crooked, but after putting in the AlloDerm, a bit of a step-off formed ㅠㅠㅠ The slightly sunken area is small, so I feel burdened about having another open surgery, but I found a clinic that does donor dermis AlloDerm injections?? Would it be safer than filler? Has anyone had it done on their nose because of a crooked nose or bumpiness?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
