Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

Would implant-free rhinoplasty be okay?

I decided to get revision rhinoplasty this time, went around to three places for consultations, and put down a deposit at the place I liked the most..! For my first surgery, I had my hump shaved down and used septal cartilage and ear cartilage for the nasal tip, but the hump was barely improved and the line was completely bumpy, so I decided to get revision surgeryㅜㅜ When I went to three consultations this time, one place recommended silicone with autologous rib cartilage, and two places suggested osteotomy for the hump and raising the bridge and tip with autologous rib cartilage. The two places also said that even without silicone, I could sufficiently get the nose I want, and they said my skin is so thin that silicone could show through, so I decided to go implant-free again this time, but somehow I keep feeling anxious,,,, I really hope this will be my last surgery, but I wonder if I can get a nose I’m satisfied with even without silicone. Is there anyone who did both their primary and revision surgeries implant-free..??? Please share your reviewsㅠㅠㅠ
