I like the shape of my nose, but from the side it isn’t a high nose, so I’m debating whether to do it or not. If I increase the height, can the shape of my nose from the front change a lot? Someone in my family had a successful rhinoplasty, so I wanted to do it, but my friends keep telling me not to touch my nose,, If it’s done with cartilage, doesn’t it usually have fewer side effects...?
