I've had rhinoplasty twice so far, and the reason I want another revision surgery is that I want the size of my nasal alae to be small like the look on the left in the photo, and I want it to look very slim even from the front, but it doesn't match the look I'm going for. I want a natural-yet-defined look, with the glabella and starting point of the nasal bridge not too high, a straight-to-slightly-curved line, the nasal bridge looking very slim from the front, and the nasal tip being pointed. Having an appropriately visible columella, the nose length not too short or too long, the nasolabial angle just feminine, and a clinic that minimizes side effects such as an upturned nose, contracture, scar tissue, etc. are the standards for the look I'm going for!! The clinics I've looked into so far are MadeYoung, Louvre, Marble, Top Class, Nano, The Nan That's about it, and I'm planning to go around for consultations first. If there are any clinics I should filter out, please let me know!! If there are more clinics that match the look I'm going for, please recommend them too ㅜ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
