Please recommend clinics to visit for consultations for rhinoplasty for a low nose + short upturned nose. It’s my first surgery! How do you choose materials for a first surgery? I’ve had consultations at two places, and both recommended silicone + ear cartilage. Would autologous costal cartilage not be an option?
