If it’s your first surgery, I recommend going for a consultation at least once He analyzed the noses in the photos I brought and explained in an easy-to-understand way whether the image I wanted would suit my facial image When he said that a very glamorous, overly slim nose would not suit my face, it became an opportunity for me to set a different direction for rhinoplasty However, the consultation managers, staff, and patients all had noses that, if you looked only at the nose, were slim, high, and pretty, but they felt a bit artificial and I thought they did not harmonize well with the face, so I do not plan to have surgery here There is an additional cost of 2.5 million for autologous costal cartilage and 1.5 million for donated rib cartilage I hope you make sure to check whether the director’s aesthetic sense, the staff’s noses, and the nose shape you want match before having surgery
