. . . I had gotten filler and Hiko before, so this time I thought I’d remove them too and get surgery properly, then be done with it, so I went ahead and did all the surgeries I wanted haha. Honestly, I did quite a lot this time.. foreign-body removal, plus the nasal bridge and nasal tip, and since the three things I cared about most were my hump nose, droopy-tip nose, and bulbous nose, I corrected those too.
I thought that since I wasn’t only getting nose surgery, I should do it at a hospital that’s also good at fat grafting, so from the start, there were a lot of complications and difficult parts while looking for a hospital ㅠㅠㅠ And for my rhinitis surgery, it also had to be eligible for reimbursement through indemnity insurance, so my options were limited. Even though I didn’t go around to that many places before surgery, the result came out so satisfying that I’m recommending it here and there.
Even at around 2 weeks, maybe because of swelling, I couldn’t really feel that the rhinitis surgery had improved things dramatically, but now a lot of the internal swelling has gone down too, so one-sided nasal congestion and even snoring have improved. The side-profile effect? from the full-face fat grafting and hump-nose correction turned out much better than I expected, and I also had osteotomy plus droopy-tip and bulbous-nose correction, and I think the front-view effect is good too, so I’m very satisfied.. hahaha
