My nose was low and bulbous, so I wanted to improve the front view, and they said the best option was to make it as high as possible.
This is the result after raising it high using donated costal cartilage.
For now, my nose has become really high, so I do like it,
but I think the swelling needs to go down a bit for the front view.
Right now it looks a bit upturned and crooked, but I’m going to wait and see.
