I had Gore-Tex and am planning to have nasal removal surgery. The hospital said removal is possible, and they suggested fixing the nasal tip with septal cartilage. They said that would probably be better aesthetically. Has anyone like me had silicone or Gore-Tex removed and had the nasal tip adjusted with septal cartilage?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
