I had rhinoplasty for the first time 2 years ago, and at first I did not really notice it, but starting about 1 year ago, I had a stuffy feeling in my nose. Now it feels very stuffy, so while I do want to remove it because of anxiety about the implant, I also think I want to remove it because breathing is uncomfortable. When I shine a flashlight inside my nose, the inferior turbinate area is extremely enlarged, and because I had a septal Medpor support strut and septal extension, I wonder if that has collapsed. It is touching the inferior turbinate, so the airway is narrowed. If I do full removal, will it improve? Or even if I do full removal, is this...
