Is it possible to remove only the cartilage that shows through at the nasal tip and makes it look pointy?ㅠㅠ I only used septal cartilage and ear cartilageㅠ I really don’t want to have surgery again, but looking at the photos, just the nasal tip is getting pointier and pointier like Pinocchio, and it looks really obviousㅠㅠ Ah, help meㅠㅜ
