The first and second photos show the current state of my nose after my first surgery. The nasal tip is blunt, and there is no shape from the bridge line, so I want revision surgery. I also want the columella lowered a bit more and want to see a clear improvement from the front. And the nose shape I want is in the photos below.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
