This time, I want to use autologous rib cartilage and definitely lift the nasal tip for a more glamorous look, so I'm looking into it. But unless it looks completely natural, the standard for “glamorous” feels a bit vague, and with just a tiny difference it can give off that overdone plastic surgery look, so choosing a clinic doesn’t seem easy. By my standards, for a glamorous nose, among the places I’ve seen so far, ㄷㄷㅇ and ㄹㅂㄹ seem decent as places that are good at revision surgery and also use autologous rib cartilage well. What do you think?
