I got consultations mainly at places known for natural-looking results (With You Wonil, Dareum, Mint, Yejin), and I’ve narrowed it down to two final candidates. If anyone here has had surgery there, please, please let me know by DM or a private comment.
1. With You Wonil The director had charisma and clearly told me what would and wouldn’t work, so if anything, that made me trust him and I liked it. He suggested using silicone up to about 2.5 mm for a natural look, and using ear cartilage for the nasal tip. My nose is slightly deviated, but he said that can’t be corrected, while nostril asymmetry can be corrected. An anesthesiology specialist: yes. Surgery is done under sedation and local anesthesia. Since I would wake up midway during the surgery and the surgery would be completed after that, I don’t have to worry about a substitute surgeon.
2. Yejin I went for a consultation because an acquaintance strongly recommended this place. Honestly, the consultation wasn’t amazing. But they seemed to accommodate the patient’s needs almost entirely, so I feel like the satisfaction level might end up being high. Here, they suggested silicone up to about 3.5 mm, and ear cartilage for the nasal tip. When I said I don’t like my nose looking long, they said they would set the starting point of the silicone a bit lower. Here, there isn’t a separate anesthesiology specialist, so it’s sedation from start to finish... My nose is slightly deviated, and all the other places I visited said nothing could really be done about that, but only Yejin said it would be okay if they corrected the septum. I wonder if there’s a reason the other places didn’t specifically recommend that...? I’m worried that if they touch the septum for no reason, it could cause functional problems!
Neither place has review events, so that makes them seem trustworthy, but at the same time there aren’t many reviews, so it’s frustrating. When I look at this community or cafes, both places seem to have a lot of brokers... Yejin especially seems to have many. In premium reviews, there are also a lot of negative comments about deviation, functional issues, and so on... Even so, that acquaintance recommended Yejin so, so strongly that I’m tempted... With You Wonil seems so simple and natural that I feel like I might regret it. I’m going crazy from worryingㅠㅠ I want this to be my last surgery.
