The doctor consulted with a lot of care and detail. They explained in detail how the surgery would be done and how it would improve things. The assistant manager, however, gave off a feeling of just reciting a fixed script. She was kind, though. It was disappointing that I couldn’t find any reviews at all for the surgery I was consulting about.
