The doctor consulted with me very delicately. He explained in detail how the surgery would be done and how it would improve things. On the other hand, the manager felt a bit like she was just reciting a set script. She was polite, though. It was disappointing that I couldn’t find any reviews at all for the surgery I consulted about.
