The clinic is popular, so there are a lot of people there. Overall everyone was kind, and the consultation manager was kind too. As soon as I arrived, I filled out a medical questionnaire, took photos, and then had the consultation with the manager. The manager first asked me to talk about the areas I was worried about or what I wanted to improve through surgery, and asked about the image I wanted. After that, the manager shared what they thought about it, and then I went into consultation with the director. Dr. Do was as straightforward as I’d heard and full of confidence. I liked that he only mentioned the surgeries that were really necessary and didn’t feel pushy. I had heard he was busy and only spent a little time on consultations, and that he was unfriendly, but personally I felt he was very kind. He marked the line and said this was what it would look like, speaking with a lot of confidence, which made me trust him more. After the consultation with the director, I talked with the manager again, but when my questions got a bit long, the consultation manager seemed a little irritated. Still, overall everyone was kind.
