In 2014, I had nose surgery using septal cartilage and ear cartilage. At first I was satisfied, but perhaps because the surgery made it too high, from the second year onward the septal cartilage and columella became completely deviated, so I cannot breathe through one side. I remember being satisfied with the side profile. Now I am looking into revision surgery.
