I remember them saying the septal cartilage was very thick, even comparing it to a business card.. I was tempted to decide on this place because of that, but personally I wanted to have surgery done by a doctor who uses more septal cartilage. More than anything, they said they would leave only 1 cm, but I wanted to go somewhere that would leave at least 1.5 cm.. I think people who want a slightly more glamorous nose should go for a consultation here.
