In 2014, I had nose surgery using septal cartilage and ear cartilage. I was satisfied at first, but maybe because the surgery made it too high, from the second year onward my septum and columella became completely deviated, so I can’t breathe through one side. I remember being satisfied with the side profile. Now I’m looking into revision surgery.
