There wasn’t much waiting, and overall everyone was kind. What I remember most is that the director drew the line for me many, many times. I liked that I felt they reflected my opinions well haha. I don’t think the consultant pushed me either, and I also liked that instead of saying I absolutely had to have surgery, they honestly explained how things might improve if I did have surgery.
