I had only ever seen reviews, but after going in for a consultation, the parts I hadn't known about or had found hard to understand were resolved, so it felt like my concerns were addressed. I went there because I had sagging and it was hard to choose which lifting treatment would suit me. They assessed my skin type and current degree of sagging, then made recommendations, so I think it was a consultation that inspired trust.
