There was not much waiting, and overall everyone was kind. What I remember most is that the director adjusted the line many times. I liked that I felt my opinions were being reflected well haha The manager also did not seem pushy, and I liked that they were honest, saying not that you must have surgery, but rather that if you do, it seems it would improve in this way.
