It will soon be one year since I had square jaw surgery. Honestly, I had the surgery when I was 20, the angle was preserved, and since only my square jaw was shaved without touching any other areas, I secretly thought there might not be any sagging. But sagging? or whatever it is, since the bone that used to be there is gone, my jawline has disappeared. Still, it’s much better than looking very square before surgery. Don’t get the surgery just to become slimmer. If you’re really square-jawed and just think, please, I wish this bone would go away..ㅠㅠ then you’ll truly be satisfied! They left the angle naturally, and I had no pain or aftereffects at all. The director and all the staff are kind. This got long as I wrote it, so I’ll wrap it up here. I hope everyone with a square jaw escapes the square look.
