The doctor is straightforward and refreshing, and at a glance seems to know a lot about noses. You can tell they have a lot of experience with rhinoplasty. They clearly say what is not possible and what is possible. They are favorable toward a rounded nasal tip. They said the filler should be dissolved with an injection one week before, and if that does not work, it has to be squeezed out during surgery. Currently thinking about it so hard..
