The doctor was straightforward and clearly seemed to know a lot about noses. You can tell he has a lot of experience with rhinoplasty. He clearly told me what would and wouldn’t work. He seemed favorable toward a rounded nasal tip. If there is filler, he said it should be dissolved with an injection a week beforehand, and if that doesn’t work, it has to be removed during surgery. I’m seriously torn right now..
