For swelling care, moving around a lot is definitely the best I'm not sure about pumpkin juice or anti-swelling medicine.. This isn't swelling that would go down quickly with things like that in the first place.. I did cold compresses and warm compresses frequently, drank lots of water, and walked a lot every day!
For food, I only drank New Care until the stitches were removed after surgery, and once the major swelling went down, I mainly ate liquid foods. But if possible, eat all kinds of food.. You need to move your mouth a lot for the swelling to go down faster!
After surgery, I'm 100% satisfied! First of all, my facial image and overall vibe really changed, and my confidence in my appearance has gone up a lot. Photos others take of me and selfies, I'm uploading all of them to SNS without any editing at all!
Of course! You shouldn't expect a dramatic change!! Naturally, a person can't become a face like Karina or Jang Wonyoung overnight! Of course not! If you know the limitations of your own face and change your mindset, I think it's a surgery you won't regret
