I was satisfied with the kindness of the staff, the director, and the price, but it was so different from the surgical direction I wanted that I started thinking it probably wouldn't produce a pretty nose for the amount of money invested. They clearly told me they wouldn't do surgeries they couldn't do. The discussion moved toward placing as much silicone as possible. It seemed like they preferred implants a bit more than no-implant, while still aiming for a natural look.
