I was satisfied with the kindness of the staff, the doctor, and the price, but it was too different from the surgical direction I wanted. I thought I would not end up with a pretty nose relative to the amount invested. They clearly told me when a surgery was not something they could do. The conversation moved toward placing as much silicone as possible. It seemed like they preferred having an implant more than no implant, even if it still looked natural.
