I visited for a consultation about removing permanent filler. They said it could be removed through an incision. While discussing the incision, I mentioned that I also have a severe deviated septum and that my nose is visibly crooked, and they suggested correcting it with functional nose surgery and also doing cosmetic nose tip surgery. They took a CT and explained everything while showing me the photos, and because the doctor did it personally, I felt reassured.
